IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We do not have a dress code for training, but recommend business casual.
HOW DO I SUBMIT PAYMENT?
We accept all major credit cards.
WHAT TIME DOES CLASS START AND END?
Most of our in-person and virtual classes run Monday-Thursday 0800-1700. Review your registration to be sure.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Payment is due at registration or within 5-7 business days if we are invoicing a company on your behalf. Please follow the instructions during registration for payment. Please note that the unpaid registrations reserve your spot, but do not guarantee enrollment. If you have any questions regarding payment, please email@example.com.
WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATION AFTER COMPLETING THIS COURSE?
You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. This can be used as continuing education units.

DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A CLEARANCE?
No. All our courses are held at the unclassified level.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel for any reason, please call Kel Gordon call 703-263-9113 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can transfer you to the next available date for the course offered.
IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND, CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION?
Yes, please email email@example.com to transfer your class date. All transfer requests must be made two weeks before the course begins. Within the two weeks, the course date transfer request may not be allowed depending on the number of students in the class.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Each course will be given a link to the materials/modules in Dropbox or will be emailed prior to the class.
When necessary, print documents will be provided.
ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES FOR THE COURSE?
There are no prerequisites for any of our courses.
CAN I BRING MY CELL PHONE?
Cell phones are allowed within our suite, but not permitted within the classroom itself. We have storage units for students to place their phones or any other electronics while in class. If you need to be reached while class is going on, please use 703-263-9113 and one of our staff members will pass along the message.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE/ON-SITE TRAINING SESSIONS?
Absolutely. We offer private Virtual or in-Person Classes for your organization as well as group pricing. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We ask that you provide the conference room, a projection screen, and IT support.
IS THE TRAINING IN THE CLASSROOM INTERACTIVE WITH OTHER STUDENTS AND OUR INSTRUCTORS?
Yes! Live exercises, group discussions, and real life accounts from our security experts is what to expect when you attend a NSTI course, whether it is for SCIF construction, NSOC, or other.
ARE THERE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES WHEN I TAKE THIS COURSE?
